Overall Impression

This is the catalog of an exhibition held in Tokyo in 1999,
celebrating the 88th birthday of the late origami master
Akira Yoshizawa.

There are almost a hundred pages of full-color, stunning photos of
many of the works displayed, it's not only that the models
themselves are life-like, the compositions of the photographs
make them stand out even more in all their glory!

The book ends with diagrams for 16 of Yoshizawa's creations.
While they look simple to fold, many of the folds are not landmarked,
and to achieve good results takes practice.
