Artur Biernacki is a known "solver" of crease-patterns (see his Flickr page), but this small and well-designed booklet is a collection of his own original creations. With clear, mostly wordless diagrams, 6 animals are taught, all well-formed and detailed. The models are all complex, so I would recommend this booklet to the experienced folder.
