Origami crane made out of sugar

Here's a movie of Max from Sugarworks, LLC - making an origami
crane shape out of colored bits of sugar at the Black-Ships Festival in Newport, RI,
on 07/22/06.

This is not really origami, as no folding is being done. All the bits are already made beforehand,
and the customer gets to choose the color-combination of those bits.
The final shape is very appealing, though.
